Returns and exchanges

General conditions

When buying something from Fauna, our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with your product. We think you will love what you ordered, but in case you don´t, we are here to help you return or exchange your purchased item.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reasons long as they are carried out within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after you receive your order. Contact us through contact@befauna.com to make your request. Once we receive your returned item and have verified that it complies with our return and exchange policy below, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

The products will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

  • With original tags and seals on;
  • Accompanied by their original and undamaged packaging. Protective stickers for swimsuits and bikinis are considered part of the product;
  • Accompanied by all related items and accessories (if any);
  • In its original  condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused – no odors, stains or changes made to the product;
  • Accompanied by the invoice (“Nota Fiscal”).

    We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

    Products purchased through Fauna´s online platform may only be returned or exchanged via Fauna. Attempts to return or exchange products directly with the brand(s) will not be accepted.

    If the returned item does not meet the conditions mentioned above, Fauna is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. In this case, Fauna will contact the client with an explanation as to why the return or exchange was not accepted, and will offer to ship the item back at the client’s expense.

    Returns and exchanges

    • Fauna accepts returns and exchanges for any reason, except when products are marked as final sale (gift cards are non-returnable);
    • The return or exchange request must be made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date you receive your product. For accessories (jewelry and sunglasses), the deadline is 07 (seven) calendar days;
    • If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item (per the Returns instructions above) and then place a new order.
    • If the item meets the general conditions outlined above, the cost of the item, including, the original shipping cost and any VAT or sales tax, will be fully refunded. Any import duties incurred (if applicable) will not be refunded;
    • Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of your returned item.
    • Requests received after the informed deadline will not be accepted;

    Cancellations

    Fauna is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been shipped. In this case, there will be no need to process a refund. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it. Pease refer to the Returns instructions.


    Refunds

    • Once your return has been received and complies with our return policy, we will issue a refund via the original payment method;
    • When the purchase is made via credit card, the refund will take 1-7 days to be processed by the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.
    • If PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account.
